The Iraqi Govt. that America supports is an ally of the iranians who are declared enemies?

Is America supporting Iranians by installing Iranian positions of power in Iraq?

America also put Mussarref into power.

Can someone explain how is this not plans for global power?

Well there's the Shah of Iran installation, which means america might be in complete control of Iran to this day.

So Iranian interests might be american interests.

Is this possible?
