Ok so its not the typical rap. Its called "Handelbars" by Flobots. You can listen to the song Here They also have a myspace with a lot better audio. Id paste the link but it doesnt work.

If anybody knows any other lesser-known artists with similar style as this let me know!!! I just found this and really like it and want more! I also like Atmosphere.
