Maybe a plain and simple collapse what with the building being built off of a mountainside but with Norway being selected as the location of the new
seed bank could there be other underground activites that are causing instabilities in the region?
Underground tunnels and bases perhaps?
If the seed bank is there then it would be logical to place other installations in close proximity in order to manage them.
