Forced Catheterization Associated Press

KELSO, Wash. - A lawsuit over the forced catheterization of a man who was arrested for investigation of drunken driving has been settled for $15,000.

"He was held down kicking and screaming while they shoved a catheter into his penis," Blondin said.

This is your New World Order, being tested at a little town near you. Don't speak up - then expect it to become standard procedure.

Coming to a police checkpoint near you Police hold you down and shove objects into you so they can extract evidence that you were indeed intoxicated.

Very similar to a rape here. I think the only reason the guy settled for 15,000 is because he's in jail and needs money for his canteen/commissary.

There are mitigating factors in this case, and I think the guy deserved to go to jail, not be able to drive etc, but I don't think the ends justify's the means here.
