I saw this preview when I went to see Jumper over the weekend. Needless to say I was exicted!

I love all of his movies, especially Signs and Unbreakable, but I think this one might be the best he's done so far, from the looks of it.

I wonder if it will be as good as the 1967 "The Happening"... Anthony Quinn, Michael Parks (Bronson - love da Sportster with the all-seeing-eye paint)... remember drive-ins? This was a great drive-in movie. Jane Martin... oh, the theme! Here:

I like the director (can't spell his name by memory though)... the one with Crazy "Mel" and the aliens... Signs. Baseball bat as a metaphor for baseball bat... go figure.

Cheers,

Vic

I am a fan also, he has to be one of the most creative and talented directors and story tellers of our time. Never understood what people's problems with his movies were

Exactly! When I saw The Sixth Sense, I went "woah, what the f..." and since then it's just been one feast after another.
His way of telling stories to us movie goers and suspending us like we are kids is a amazing.
I remember in Signs where there often were long scenes with almost no sound... the armrest on the couch now have perfectly fitting sockets for my hands xD

His scenography is beautiful and well yeah... I gotta see this one trice!

Edit: I notice how each time I find myself downloading the high res, going fullscreen and turn up the volume instead of just sitting looking at the screen.
