Mars Cape Verde Picture Anomalies?

I was looking at the Mars Cape Verde picture and would like some input from the experienced folks out there. There seem to be two anomalies, (at least), in the picture. I have highlighted the two that piqued my interest. I drew squares around each area and they are kind of hard to see. I do not want to state what I think is in the picture. I would not want to put an idea in your minds before I get your input. Thanks for the information. Here is the link to the original picture.
