This is unreal, IMO. To me, I see this having to do with trying to keep track of Chavez and his plans for Venezuelan oil exports to the US. As Chavez has recently stopped exports to Exxon Mobil, the US has to do something. The problem is, this Cooper individual made a bad choice asking the Peace Corps and Fulbright scholars to do his dirty work. This is the wrong guy to have on your conspiracy team. How did he think he could get away with asking the Peace Corps to give up info on Cubans and Venezuelans.
What angers me most about this story is the fact that he would actually risk the lives of students for his agenda. What a disgrace. And also the fact that Cooper doesn't seem to care if the image of the Peace Corps is tainted. Since when has the Peace Corps been in the spying business?
