First the administration denies that they ever used torture and now they are saying it was legal when they DID use it.....Someone should be held responsible for this. If you've ever wondered why America has lost so much prestige around the world.....this is it!

in 1946 the USA hanged Japanese army soldiers/officers and civilians for waterboarding.


in 2006 the USA says its now legal when THEY do it.
