Project Aurora

Hey guys, I'm new here so srry if this has been discussed. But, going all the way back to the mid-90's I've heard the rumors on the Auroroa project, but it seems like the subject has all but disappeared in the past few years.
I would greatly appreciate any information you guys could pass along.
