Is the US government planning a population purge?

The government has been demonising certain segments of American society for some time now. The poor are degraded, as are the disabled, the non-religious, their political opponents, and those with non-traditional lifestyles. What could the plan behind this demonisation be?

Bush granted Halliburton a large contract to rehabilitate many internment camps in the US. So there's places being prepared for segments of our society. For what purpose?

When a government is planning something morally offensive, it helps their agenda to prep the population first for their actions by demonising those who will be attacked. This is commonly seen in war - the enemy is demonised to make it easier for troops to kill them when necessary.

Usually when segments of society are demonised, there's an agenda behind it. One of the claimed purposes is to reduce entitlement programs. No mention of increased spending on defense and other "approved" purposes is made, however.

Could the government be planning a population purge of the undesirables in our society? The military certainly has the means to eliminate a large number of these undesirables quietly. They could even use a bioengineered virus and claim close quarters in the camps caused a disease outbreak.

It seems pretty clear from the rhetoric that certain segments of our society grossly offend the sensibility of those at the top. The only question is - how far are they going to go to "take care of" those that offend them?

We're already seeing some of this in medical care. The poor, the homeless, those on Medicare and Medicaid, and certain others are discouraged from getting any kind of care, are told their physical problems are mental illness so they don't have to be treated, or are just mistreated until they leave. Obviously without medical care for serious problems you're not going to live as long.

So how far is this "program" going to go? Will the US SS be rounding people up for the death camps soon?

I find it pretty important news if this is true.

Also has anyone heard what they have done with all those bases they closed a couple of years ago?

While thousands of people were celebrating the contribution America's undocumented immigrants make to our economy, and demanding justice and recognition for workers who are denied basic rights, the government was making plans for large-scale detention centers in case of an "emergency influx" of immigrants.

KBR, the Halliburton subsidiary recently reprimanded for gross overcharging in its military contracts in Iraq, won a $385 million contract to build the centers. According to the Halliburton website -- www. Halliburton .com -- "the contract, which is effective immediately, provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to augment existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

What new programs might those be?

No one really knows what the camps are for. The speculation is for immigration, or for martial law. But, they could easily be utilized to eliminate the undesirables.

Do you think that those camps could have been opened because they want people to be scared that they could be planning something? Wouldn't it be made a little too obvious to people what their purpose is if they were opening those camps just now? Don't you think that their true agenda lies with something else and not the putting away of those people they tag as their enemy?
