Id just like to quote from the whitehouse.gov website bio of VP Cheney.
Its quite good for a laugh.

Accessibility, that one really cracks me up. If we are lucky, the public gets a sound bite from Cheney once a month. Who knows what he is up to the rest of the time.

IMHO Secrecy is the root of all evil.
