i was at work and had to make a phone call for a customer

and of course the persons asian so hes like hi my names Mike
then i was like your asian why Mike?

then he goes on to say how it makes his callers more comfertable.


does that make me ignorant and foolish and kind biggeted for bringing it up in our conversation?
asking why another asian would have to hide his real name
