Have you ever been bullied or bully people?

I'm interested in comments about bullying in general (including cyberbullying), how people handle bullying, and perhaps some comments about bullying in world politics and in schools around the US.

PS: Although I don't have such problem myself, for me this is a serious question, so please keep the thread focus and don't clown around. Thank you.

I think in some relationships there is a really fine line between friends and bullying - think Bart and Millhouse. As a kid I can remember times when I was Bart and others where I was Millhouse, can't say I ever received real bullying as a kid cos I tended to keep quite fluid connections. But been bullied in the workplace a few times - I don't sweat it, just move on.
