The PDF is a “Project 10073 record” which shows a report of an investigation into Unidentified Aerial Objects and includes twenty four questions put forward to an observer with comments and conclusion as to what was seen.
Information includes location, description, and number of objects seen plus direction, altitude, and maneuvers carried out by the object and comments by the interrogator relative to the intelligence and characteristics of the observer in question.

Description given:- Observer sighted an aluminum-coloured object which appeared to be a round, flat thin disc shape heading East whilst in view for two minutes before disappearing behind the mountains.

Conclusion:- Aircraft.

page 1 records the observation of an aluminium coloured round, flat, disk shaped object which was sighted for two minutes in cliff, new mexico on 22 april 1949. it was traveling east and disappeared behind the mountains. conclusion states 'aircraft' (because lots of aircraft in those days were round and disk shaped?)

pages 2 & 3 are questionnaire. it is recorded that the witness was a retired teacher with no police record. oddly, considering the report is labeled as an 'aircraft', the interrogator calls for checks on the witness with neighbours, local police, fbi and employer etc. why would they go to should lengths for somebody who just saw a plane?
