Seems like they're getting Russia in on this deal too.... article is brief and not really telling as to what's happening w/ this deal but I assume it's over oil/energy since the aforementioned quote says 'energy' -- good to see all these countries ignoring Druggie Jr and U.S. Imperialism.

Well, I guess Mr Bush was correct all along. He is a "uniter". Unfortunately, he is not uniting the American people. He just happens to be uniting the rest of the world powers against the US.
