The Turkish Parliament has given the go ahead for incursions into Iraq, but has anyone really asked what huge concequences this could really bring.

Not only would the oil price go through the roof, but war would then be on the doorstep of Europe, for the first time in 60 years. With tensions so high would the European Union be forced to pass a binding resolution tin order to secure its boarders???

Just when we had no killing or bomb blast in Baghdad for first day since the 'war', we have this. Congress backs down from declaring turkish armenian genocide in 1911? to try to cool things off. It would be a joke if not for the potential collapse of the middle east into war and WW3. Letterman said tonight Condi was in Palestine tonight to try to ease tensions between Lebanon, and that was two things they wouldn't do....

Good for Turkey.

If we can launch 2 wars, on the other side of the planet against 'supposid' terrorists, then there's no logical reason why they cant launch an offensive against terrorists attacking them on their border.

Yes it sucks big time, and will surely make bad matters worse.

But the UNITED STATES Started this, and its gotten out of control.
If they think they can still boss people around, in regards to security in the middle east, then the US leaders are really as stupid as we've believed them to be for the past 7 years.

Atleast Turkey have WAITED for the terrorists to perform attacks, instead of 'pre-emptivley' invading....
