"Guests Online" stat temporarily killed

Don't be alarmed, I've disabled the tracking of guests. The XMB code that performs this function is very inefficient, and that inefficient code was executing several times per second during busy periods. So don't be alarmed, we're okay. I'm just testing the disabling of this function to see how much performance we gain.

I noticed there are a few other good ones if you refresh the page. I dont think we'll miss that feature much, rather have the performance.

Well At least we know it isn't the obnoxious "Mr. Smith" at work.
