Ulterior Motives?



The high ups have made up a plan to sustain all three branches of government in a time following a major natural disaster or terrorist attack. Why would they keep it classified from our own HOMELAND SECURITY.


As much as I love to see die hard evidence concerning ANYTHING. This seems a little fishy..
