Torture?
Is that the United states definition?
Like chemical weapons?
White phosphorous is not chemical weapons..
it is chemical, and it is a weapon.. but we use it in a fashion which makes it conventional.
those civilians.. they just got in the way.
Torture?
We dont torture people.,
we just put them through excrutiating methods of interrogation.
Some die, sure.
Some would rather committ suicide... definately.
but our intentions are honest...
even though our reasons for invading wernt, our reasons for occupying arent... and our future reason for staying wont be.. we promise we arent torturing people, and we arent lying about torturing people.

We would of told you about Abu Grahib if it wasnt leaked, we promise...
just like we'd tell you if we were committing real torture in our secret eastern european prisons.

Plus, why do we need to torture, the saudi's and egyptians do it for much cheaper than anyone else, and that gives us deniability.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a bombing run on Iran to plan!

I promise, it is a last resort, but we've extinguished all other options.
talking, just isnt an option.

I guess he thought enough time had passed, and nobody would remember anything...

And to think.... the majority (or so they say) voted for this tyrant twice.

You should of wrote, the majority of those who vote. Mostly around 2 thirds only vote in elections at most, so even if he got the majority over gore, or kerry he still was not voted in by a majority of voters that could of voted. If you know what i mean.

Yes, I get exactly what you mean.

But, the way I look at it... with all the electronic voting, can we ever be sure what the votes really added up too anyway. I mean if there is a conspiracy of that nature, wouldn't the voting machines just be there to make the masses feel useful.
