I think a Station will be made on the Moon first,do see how it's done. I think there is still a lot of research to be done on the Moon(I remember
hearing stories about Alien bases on the Moon).

Well for starters, we already have a Space Station floating around us in a low earth orbit...
Currently there are plans for a small Moonbase, whether or not that will see the light of day i do not know, probably won't happen for another 15-0
or so years i should think.
