Oooo good question..

I like Jenette Goldstein as "Vasquez" in Aliens.

I also like Bill Paxton in Aliens and Terminator (the punk gang in first one).

I'll throw in Michael Biehn and Patrick Stewart too.

For me it'd be William Shatner. He's so cheesy you just have to love the guy.

I like the priceline commercials where he's got that Shatner Chop thing going on.

And don't forget ole Spock. Mad Max was cool too.

Got to go with Darth Vader...I love heavy breathing. The guy has his own theme music that almost everybody knows.

I always found Data kind of hot.

7 of 9, I don't know why but I always liked her.

Yoda - Star Wars....a badass muppet that hops around with a mini lightsaber, able to raise a spaceship with a wave of his hand, and spout philosophy like Buddha....what's not to like?

For me it would have to be Edward James Olmos as William Adama on the New Battlestar Galactica.
Followed by Andreas Katsulas as G'Kar from Babylon 5 (RIP Andreas)

And, have to say...I am IN LOVE with Grace Park, also from BSG.

I'd have to say Ricardo Montalban for his portrayal of Khan. He was just so good that now I couldn't picture anyone else in the role. Khan was a great scifi villain.

I like Shatner because he's not above making fun of himself and his career. Plus, he has accomplished a lot in his life.

It would have to be number six in BSG and Adama (Father and Son)...

Took a while for people to mention BSG.

How can anyone like Annakin Skywalker? He's a close second in irritating factor to Jar Jar. From irritating child to even more annoying pre-dult... *you can tell I'm angry because I'm looking out from under my eyebrows* Terrible actor.

Anyway... from the thread so far, yeah, Rutger Hauer/Roy Batty. Superb. And actually Jeff Bridges was ok in Starman, I thought.

But my two favourites: the guy who plays Saul Tigh in BSG. Now there is a character arc for you. Plus he has some great lines... "still not too late to flush 'em all out the airlock!" in the finale.

And Tricia Helfer, who is amazing for an MTA (model-turned-actress).

Each of the different sixes she plays is slightly different. She's really good. And very, very hot. (Shame about the boob job).

And I think Zack Quinto is going to steal the movie as Spock. You heard it here first. Although I am looking forward to Simon Pegg as Scotty, that's going to be really cool. If anyone hasn't seen Spaced, Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz, they're really worth checking out.

I don't figure that it will be too difficult to figure out whom I most like in the Sci-fi universe.

But, for the record, I'll pitch in and say that I like the Borg most. They assimilate everything they see, and strive to make themselves better in every conceivable way.

Rigel - he was a little green muppet that was the opposite of Yoda(from Farscape) -- this show had many great characters.

Quark (from ST
S9)

Q (from ST:TNG) like the actor too.

Morpheus(Lawrence Fishbourne) from The Matrix.

3/4 selfish characters, wow just noticed that.
