Apparently from these buildings operate a secret intelligence wing or something along the lines of it. A friend of a friend use to clean several buildings on the nearby RAAF base including some rooms in which she required security clearence. An interesting tid-bit I've learnt from her is while she would clean different rooms with a team according to a roster, the sole cleaner of the above facility had to clock in to only that facility, 5 days a week, and would work alone.

Just while typing this i thought, it goes to show that even a facility like the one at groom lake would need general staff... They must be doing something right (or devious) to maintain that the cleaning staff keep their mouths shut.

Now, if I were running a secret base, I would simply put all sensitive information under lock and key and not give the janitors a key when it was time to clean up.
