Hey guys lil help please?

I just absolutely cannot find a avatar or help forum..

Anyway i was wondering if anyone out there could make a avatar for me out of a short clip off yourtube?the part i want is small enought to fit the requirements i think..I have absolutely no idea whatsoever how to do this..anyway if anyone could help heres the links and what time in the video would be the desired movements.

and www.youtube.com... seconds 26 through 28 are really funny,id prefer this or both of any way?>again i have no idea if this is even possible and no idea where to post this.
