There are reports that fighter jets are escorting a jet into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport. The plane may have a terror suspect on board, Cincinnati television station WLWT reported.

The plane is Delta flight 043. It left Paris at 11:20 a.m. and is scheduled to land at 3:20 p.m.
The flight is said to be of interest because of a potential terrorism suspect on board, according to WLWT in Cincinnati.
According to reports, a woman was removed from the flight before it took off from Paris because she had an electronic device that was causing some suspicion.
Passengers will be re-screened as a precaution when the plane lands in Cincinnati.
NBC news is reporting that officials want to speak with 14 people on board.

There is no better evidence than always the same message like above: the US intelligences have NO DAMN clue who's gonna strike.

14 suspects on one plain? Either Al-Quaida is doing its annual meeting or they take anyone into consideration who isn't named Bob and comes from Texas

Lovely, I have a lot of family in the Northern KY/Cinci airport area. I hope this turns out to be nothing.

Apparently local Cincinnati media had some confusion/overstatement happening here.

The flight was delayed originally when a woman with wires hanging out of her jacket was denied entry to the flight. It was later discovered to be a heated motorcycle jacket.

Some reports are still stating that possible terror suspects are on board, some are reporting there are NOT any.

Many reports still say 14 people on board are to be questioned.

The original reports originated out of Cincinnati, which is where I picked it up, not from national news wires.

Panic on the local media's part, or squelching at a higher level?

-B.
