In the video 911 Explosive Reality (1hr58m) an ABC piece is shown, where they filmed a soldier saying "Building's going to collapse.. nothing informations", allegedly regarding WTC 7.

The most intriguing thing is that this soldier seems to be foreign. At least he has a very strange accent..

I found on youtube a smaller (9 minutes) video which includes this ABC piece from the 911 explosive reality video, here - it's at around 4:13.

I'm thinking that maybe the footage of the soldier isn't even from 911 and somehow got put in the piece or maybe even the author of this video (911 explosive reality) put it in there.

Had anyone seen this before? Or has it been explained?

Thanks.

Who's to say he is not an American soldier with an accent? You have to be an American citizen to be a soldier, right? There are millions of US citizens who have accents. Why not soldiers?

Edit to add the following.

He is a US soldier. The patch on his arm is from the US ARMY 42nd INFANTRY DIVISION SUBDUED. And that division was one of the first army divisions to respond to the attacks in New York.

All that info found here

US Soldier

Does the accent sound like it's an american accent to you?
Not to mention the second part of the phrase is "nothing informations", which is kinda of weird wording.

OK, he is wearing a uniform with US Army patches.. Who's to say he's not a foreign soldier/person in an American uniform?

You don't have to be a citizen to join, but MANY foreigners join, and get citizenship after. You have to have proof that you live in the US, and are here legally, but many soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan have received citizenship posthumously. Just because he's a foreigner doesn't mean that he's not in the Army or that he's "disguised" as a US Army soldier (foreign soldiers wear their countries uniforms when they're on exchange).

The basic qualifications for enlistment in the U.S. Army include:

• being from 17 to 34 years old
• be a U.S. citizen or resident alien, (must have the I-551)
• have a high school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
• be single with no children or married with 2 or less children
• pass the ASVAB test and
• pass the physical

Thanks for that Zaphod. As a Canadian, I wasn't aware of the criteria for joining the Army.

for the previous poster, you state that it doesn't sound like an American Accent. Of course, he has the accent of his home country, that's the entire point isn't it?
