I make the best grilled cheese sandwich in the universe!

Well here is another thing for you grilled cheese fans to try.

Instead of spreading butter on the bread, pour some olive oil onto the pan and put the sandwich on top of it. right before it's time to flip pour a little more olive oil on the top and smear it around, then flip.

Like Dr Love said, low heat is the trick. (besides, if you use olive oil you will smoke yourself out of the house if you use high heat.)
