I found this info on a FOIA website. I know Misty was funded up to some point, nut being in the black world who knows if it's still budgeted. I couldn't get the images to come up on the USPTO website, but the explanation on the patent is very thorough. They are using a deployable mylar structure to concela the S/C form ground based radar, etc.

Who knows if its has been deployed
