Why I shouldn't stay up so late

Last night I was up late, and got to thinking I should open a restaurant. It'll be a burger joint where the customer gets a pattie and a bun, then goes to a buffet of sorts to dress up their burger with their choice of condiments and toppings. The place would have to be called, "Build-A-Burger." Drinks could be served in Mason jars. The exterior landscaping would have two bushes. Maybe the wait staff could wear black suits, dark sunglasses and have no sense of humor.

Despite the relative popularity of theme restaurants, most people wouldn't get it.
