i need a web page creater for free that i can download off the web and wont ask me for money right before i post it on the web...

I dunno man. Try Googling for "Free WYSIWYG". I found this McWeb Software. Dunno if it is worth anything or not.

by the way - WYSIWYG (pronounced WHIZ-ee-wog) stands for "What You See Is What You Get." Its a standard term for visual web development software.

Notepad does the job. It's simple, yet effective. If you want something better try getting Adobe go-live or macromedia. Many file sharing programs have it.

Dreamweaver is good. It costs though. But there's always that other way..........

Notepad works fine. You can learn HTML here. It's easy to pick up on, trust me.
