FBI agent accidently killed by own agents

This story caught my eye a second ago.

READINGTON, N.J. - An FBI agent who was killed Thursday in a shootout with three bank robbery suspects might have been shot accidentally by another agent on his stakeout team, the FBI said.

Now the thing that caught my eye was I remember this agent Barry Lee Bush as a witness for the government in the U.S. Vs. Usama Bin Laden

That is a little strange, I just heard about the story on the news this morning then I found your thread.

I read the testimony from Agent Bush in the US VS Bin Laden trial and his input was regarding his part int the investigation of the Kenya bombings in 98, the file you linked is a pdf so if anyone is interested in Agent Bush's testimony, it begins on page 31 of the pdf file.
