how EXACTLY does one become a "highly trained" suicide bomber? i mean, its not like they practice more than once....

Do you really think they they just now started heading to the "western" countries? they have had plenty of time to get here and most likely got here years ago ( even pre 9/11 ) if and when it happens, you wont really feel much but it will be spread all over the headlines

Yep. They must be up to, say, 1% of the population here on ATS. The other 99%, of course, being appeasers and apologists - if not outright supporters - for every bad guy that comes along.
