World's First Terrorist Air Force?

According to one source, there's possibly two fixed wing aircraft and two helicopters. Even if the attack wasn't as damaging as flying large aircraft as bombs, could this inspire terrorists in other parts of the world? Are there potentially greater implications here?

It could inspire any group with the air power or money to secure such air power, but. One should remember that a handful or even a squadron or a whole damn wing of "terrorist" aircraft wouldn't last long against the air force of, um. The rest of the world.
