I wonder if this story is referencing a bomb that was built using instructions from non-terrestrial visitors? The experts are confounded, even though it doesn't look all that "other-worldly" to me.

My bets on that they are unsure of what Country it originated from.

I truly and honestly believe that they don't even suspect anything to be extraterrestrial about this.
