Alien reverse engineering?

Apparently the government has been developing a stun ray that can paralyze individuals who are exposed to it. They are now trying to fit it to UAV's for remote use.

One has to wonder if this could be reverse engineered from ET technology.

This is something that has been discussed as being developed for a bit now.

I have concerns saying is it reverse engineered from ET technology - as that means we could say anythign that is now invented which is new could be discussed as being reverse engineered from ET technology.

I dont know - but if you read UFO articles you will see numerous cases where this sort of 'weapon' is used and I can think of one case from the 60s so I can see why you might think this.
