Old Chicago UFO Video | Recently Posted on YouTube

Found this on YouTube tonight while poking around. I searched ATS for this YouTube Video ID and found nothing, so I trust this is the first time it has been posted on ATS. If not, my bad!

I wish he had used a tripod, and maybe some nightshot. Can anyone here enhance this video in some way so we can see what we're looking at? Is this worthless? I'm not really sure what to think about this one, but I had to post it for obvious reasons.

Wonder why he held onto the video for 6 years? Did the recent wave of UFO sightings in Chicago convince dude to pull out the old video and post? Is it even credible? Bah - who knows.
