What was the 3rd Jet?

There is a white jet, passenger type, circling near the Towers when all of the attacks are happening.

the above you can see it clearly, the next one is more difficult but it can be seen.

You then see it around, you have to look carefully, approx 29-30 seconds in. Weird that it remained in the area.

This is interesting stuff! I posted ages back about a clip that seemed to indicate a 3rd plane but almost everyone told me it was a bird as it wasn't very clear and I did end up being talked into accepting it was a bird.

Anyhoo... Just before I dropped it I was wondering about whether there's any ATC data regarding other passenger liners approaching NYC and flying over it at the time?
