McNaught's comet ufo.

Has this been debunked or discussed? It is a picture taken of McNaught's comet and you can see to the right there are an array of lights. It looks like the object must have been huge....

I'm not seeing the closeup image in the small, low-res but zoomed out image of McNaught.
I don't see how this can be meaningful until someone posts the full res image and establishes some provenance for it.

The original photo is a short time exposure.
By short, I mean a few seconds.

I'm pretty sure that you are seeing an airplane flying a short distance within that few seconds. The running lights on the plane flashed on and off as it traveled.

I'm not a debunker - just reading new threads (and new to ATS).

Looks like a long exposure and it caught an airplane's blinking lights. Shots in the late light or night require longer exposures to get good images and not just a fuzzy image.

I count 8 of them, so that would be consistent with a 9-10 second exposure. In that time, an aircraft could easily cover half a mile. It's pretty clear that whatever it is, it's only coincidentally in the same image as the comet.

It's definately a comet. When it comes back in 30 years you can see it again.
