More transfer rumours as Dinamo Moscow have confirmed they are in talks with English clubs about the transfer of their highly rated striker Dmitri Bulykin,Chelsea, Everton and Portsmouth are said to be the interested clubs involved.

Everton seem to have made the first move for the 24 year old Bulykin and he is thought to have flown to England to meet up with the club, due to the fact that he only won his first cap for his country last may,he may be another one of these players that is refused a work permit. If he does sign then he will have to go through an appeals procedure, which may be successful as he has been a huge success with Russia on the international scene. It should emerge over the next few days who is talks with Bulykin, whom Russian sources seem think is definitely on his way out of Dinamo.

Russian striker Dmitri Bulykin is training with Everton, but a move in the near future is not in the offing.Bulykin only won his first cap in May last year and normally a player needs to have played for his country for two years before he can qualify for a work permit. However, a good Euro 2004 could see him being successful in any sort of appeal to the independent body who deem whether a player is good enough to improve their game in England.
