what do all the signs mean that they do like the bring it home ect

hey kev, you ask some hard questions !!!! if i understand your question correctly what you want to know is why do they use signs, baseball is a team game played by individuals, that said each player needs to know if a play is on and if it is what everyone else is going to be doing on that play, it may be between the batter and runners, or it may be a defensive play or alignment, basicly everyone needs to be on the same page, the signs between a pitcher and catcher are probably more important, the catcher needs to know what pitch is coming at him or he is going to look very bad, here is a link that will explain some of the catchers signals to the pitcher, hope i answered your question
