Rwanda and France

There is quite a large diplomatic row going on over French involvment in the Rwanadan genocide. The president of Rwanda Paul Kagame who was the leader of the Rpf rebel force during the conflict has accused French troops of being complicite in the killings, either handing over tutsis and hutsi sympathisers too the interhamwe or actually engaging in the killings. On the other side the French claim Kagame and his tropps commited genocides of their own.

I do not feel what happened only 10 years ago gets enough recognition or mourning. Perhaps becasue the west stood by, perhaps Africans aren't important enough, perhaps people don't care??? you tell me.
