Raid insurace policy in US true?

on this video at about 25 secs in they show a paper with a "raid insurance policy", basically selling insurance in case your house gets raided by mistake. Could this be true? I highly doubt they had insurance companies like we do before the US got there.

our culture/way of life is all slowly being introduced to them.

not that its bad, I believe insurance companies can help, if you need it and have it. Its just something new very few countries have in the world, I believe. At least in the smaller 3rd world countries
