Hey guys,
I need your help on this one. My superdrive keeps spitting all CDs and DVDs back at me, ever since I upgraded to 10.4.8, I have heard that resetting the PRAM may be helpful, but darn it I just cant 'zap' it. I am holding down all the correct keys... but I dont hear any restart noises or anything apart from the cd drive groaning every 10 secs... after ten mins I have sore fingers...

How long should it take to 'zap'?

Now... I have techtool pro 4 and i am told this will reset the PRAM for me, but I just cant work out how... I must be having a majorly stupid day! Whatsmore the help file just wont launch properly...

Help me ATS! Your my only hope!
