This is probably not true but i heard it from another conspiricy website i searched up on google.
Like the shadow government, but 12 so called patriots, behind the government who REALLY make the decisions about what is going on. Im sure its just babble..

This was part of the plot to the video game, Metal Gear Solid 2: The Sons Of Liberty. That's all I know about it.

The Patriots are a militia that operates in numerous states. They praise the amendment that allows them to bear arms and they're deathly afraid of the NWO. Too bad the FBI spies on 'em, they could be the rebels against the empire if it came right down to it

I didnt get it frm MGS, surprisingly. MJ-12 are actually 12 scientists. very good ones working for the government, not sure which branch.
