The Colorado Information Analysis Center (CIAC) will act as a "clearinghouse for terrorist threat information," making Colorado the 42nd state in the country to have a central location to fight terrorism.

"One person can make a difference," said Col. Mark Trostel, Chief of the Colorado State Patrol. "The new website will enable all of Colorado's residents to report suspicious activity. We fully recognize it takes a concerted effort by all citizens to keep terrorism at bay in our country."

The website and a 24-hour phone line will be staffed by three full-time State Patrol officers.

Just like Hitler had one. I recall this information getting out last year about this so called center, where people can call and turn in their neighbor. Keep in mind this center will follow every lead....This brings back memories for me of Cuba and the "committees" set up all over Havana, meant to turn people in who do not quite sympathize with Castro...

This is what we've come to.

Here's the L ink
