Article Author Template Discussion

Alright,

I'm going to bring this up because this template may become a bit complicated.

My initial idea for this template was to allow someone have an author tag (easy points distro) and either another template for Contributors or mix it in with the author template.

An example of how it would look like is this

[Article]

[Author: WOS]
[Contributor: lots of names here]

Now the template would be at the bottem of the article and the size of it should be around 10 or 12 point font to keep it reduced in size.
Another idea is that we could use to DHTML code in the template to make it dynamic so that a click would bring up a tiny window (like a drop down list) with the author and contributors.

But I really wanna hear what you guys have to say about this.

Sounds like a lot of work. Can’t we just check the history of a page to see who worked on it?

The New pages page is also useful to see who started articles.
