How long would it take for the Cuban gov take to release he is dead?

he isn't dead, he's sick

he went in for treatments on monday...

so don't get your hopes up on his death, cuba has top of the line medical services

I just seen a small head line in my local paper, said he was doing fine after his surgery.
But you never know.
