Sorry is such a small word

I would like to say at this point in my learning about ATS, BTS and PTS has not been easy. I am still learning the in's and out's and would like to apologize at this time if I have offended anyone.
I recieved letters explaining some of the mistakes I was making and would just like to say honestly, I apologize to anyone offend in any way.
