Who wants to help me on this Research Project?

Hi, who would want to help me write a report on Underground Military bases, i am not talking about aliens and UFO's, I mean underground military bases. We have what you're planning on studying, but not much else... What are your goals? What do you intend to find out, learn, or discover? How do you plan on doing your research? Have you set any deadlines? Are you going to or planning on doing any field research? Is this limited to American underground bases, or are you also going to research other nations' underground bases?
