Stolen Avatar?

Well, you see... I kind of stole the avatar I have now, and I was wondering to whoever made it if I could use it, assuming the person who made it is here. I was also wondering how to change the color of the whole thing rather than just the avatar, so my avatar isn't sitting around an ATS Gray color... like, if I could make it black or something.

Also, sorry for putting this in a weird place, but I wanted to get this message out to the person who made this avatar.
