I use GEPro but I can't find it I have search beirut for damaged areas, and yet find nothing, can someone find me the coordinates for where the attacking is taking place?

Google Earth doesn't update live. Those satellite images are years - sometimes even decades - old.

I live in a city that is constantly constructing new roads, buildings, and such. Most aren't on there. Some parts of the city weren't even taken at the same time as other parts.

google earth isnt going to provide daily satellite updates or every terrorist in the world would be on there!!!!!!!

Try digitalglobe.com which updates their stuff fairly regularly, and follows world events. They are often a supplier of imagery for Google earth, but use their website to showcase their "current events" imagery. They can task daily, too!
